Frequently Asked Questions
Can't find your answer here? Call us — we're happy to help.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency HVAC call?
For emergency callouts, we aim to have a technician on-site within 2 hours anywhere in Metro Atlanta. We operate 24/7, 365 days a year including public holidays.
Do you service all HVAC brands?
Yes — we service all major residential and commercial HVAC brands including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman, York, Bryant, American Standard, and more. Our trucks carry parts for the most common models.
Are your technicians certified?
All of our technicians are NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified and hold EPA 608 refrigerant handling certifications. They undergo background checks and drug testing before joining the team.
How much does a typical AC repair cost?
Costs vary based on the fault and the parts required. Most residential repairs fall between $150 and $600. We provide a written, itemised quote before any work starts — you'll always know the price before we begin.
What does your maintenance plan include?
Our annual maintenance plan includes two full tune-ups per year (one for cooling season, one for heating season), priority scheduling, a 15% discount on parts and labour, and a free filter replacement at each visit.
How often should I replace my HVAC filters?
For standard 1-inch filters, every 30–60 days. For thicker media filters (4–5 inches), every 6–12 months. If you have pets or allergy sufferers in the home, replace them more frequently. A clogged filter is the single most common cause of reduced efficiency and breakdowns.
